Stone & Ember operates within a competitive market where prices may fluctuate due to changing economic conditions, supplier costs, and material availability. While these factors are outside of our control, we remain committed to transparency by keeping our pricing information clear and up to date. Our goal is always to make our products as accessible and fairly priced as possible.
We are pleased to offer local hand delivery within a 10-mile radius of Durham, bringing Stone & Ember directly to your door. For customers further afield, most orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with a small additional cost applied at checkout.
Our team aims to complete and dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days. On rare occasions, product manufacturing or sourcing requirements may extend this timeframe. Should any delay occur, we will always keep you informed to ensure full transparency and peace of mind.
